If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes returned to the account balance. If a match begins but is suspended before the minimum regulatory time required for an official result, bets will be voided. For matches with an official result confirmed by the governing body, bets are settled based on that result at the time of official confirmation — even if subsequent changes occur (e.g., points deducted by disciplinary decision).
New777 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault or human error. Odds deemed clearly outside market standards — more than 30% above the estimated correct value — may be voided, with the full stake refunded. Bets voided for this reason do not entitle the user to any additional compensation.
Cash out lets you settle a bet before the final result. The amount offered is calculated automatically based on real-time odds. new777 may suspend the cash out feature at any time without prior notice. By confirming the cash out, the user accepts the offered amount — no disputes regarding a confirmed cash out value will be accepted.

Bonuses not redeemed within the validity period stated in the offer are automatically cancelled. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — the full rollover must be completed before any withdrawal can be requested.

Accounts with no activity for more than 24 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. new777 will notify the user by email before applying any inactive account maintenance fee, in accordance with the current policy published on the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Brazilian law, new777 is not liable for:
New777's total liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, except where Brazilian law does not permit such a limitation.
New777 may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably with new777 support, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
Before pursuing legal action, the user must submit their complaint directly to new777 support, which is committed to responding formally within 5 business days for financial matters and within 10 business days for all other issues.
